The Vision Behind FTMO**
In 2014, a groundbreaking idea was born in a small Prague office, where a group of passionate day traders, including the three future founders of FTMO INVESTMENT, united their talents to create something remarkable. This venture emerged from the shared understanding that true professionalism in trading is grounded in steadfast discipline and adherence to personal rules. While each trader brought their unique strategies and perspectives on money and risk management, they all recognized that maintaining self-discipline is crucial to success. This collaboration not only fostered a strong team spirit but also encouraged a culture of mutual support and oversight, laying the foundation for responsible and successful trading

This realization propelled us to launch our project, despite facing numerous challenges along the way.
